  Filthy everywhere. That's enough. But no creamer for the coffee was available. I told them, she brought out a box gave me a few but never refilled the creamer. Did NOT get gravy with our meals. I went to ask for it and it took them 10 mins to make it. Plenty of staff on hand but no one seemed to be taking care of anything. No soap in the men's room, told them when we first arrived. Half an hour later still no soap in the restroom. Just unbelievable how they are still in business.

  Came in to use the restroom and buy a milkshake. I waited patiently at the register lady finally walks up told me she "could do it" but I had to stand in another line, and I was the only one waiting. Definitely seemed like she just didn't want to do it.
